Chunky Guacamole

Ingredients:
1 tomato diced small
2 avocados
1/2 onion diced small
1/2 fresh jalapeño diced
1/2 lemon squeezed
5-6 drops Lime Essential Oil
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

Mash up the avocado meat with a fork; add remaining chopped ingredients and lime oil. Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Dig in and enjoy!
