Beet Salad with Apples and Carrots

Ingredients:
3 medium cooked beets, diced
1 large apple, diced
3 carrots diced
2 fresh Limes
2 tab coconut oil
1 dash of JuvaSpice
1 dash of cayenne pepper
2 tsp Blue Agave
1 head romaine Lettuce
1 head red leaf lettuce
Directions:
* Grate or dice the carrots and apple
* Steam beets for 1 min and then run under icy water for 3 min to prevent overcooking
* Slice, dice, and mix together
